IWCIMS

NWIC is planning to develop a platform for Integrated water and crop information and Management System (IWCIMS) to aid decision making in respect of water resources of India. This Decision Support Systems (DSS) will be developed in such way that will help the Administrators, policy makers and the other stakeholders to take holistic decisions based on the various planning and management modules such as-

• Integrated Reservoir Management
• Block Level Crop Planning
• Village level Water Budget
• Water Security Plan
• Smart Grid Water Transfer
• Drought Management
• Pollution and Quality Management

Ground Water Information System will develop as a additional information system in future by NWIC.
